Chili

Okay, it's finally here. This is Jon Hamblen's Chili Recipe you all have been waiting for. Cook it, eat it, and let me know how it was. I added half a jar of pasta sauce. Colavita of course. I will not try to re-write this recipe because it's Jon's own authentic formula.+cook in oil: onion, garlic, green bell pepper (chopped), until softened +add 2-3 jalepenos (chopped) +add Patak's Hot Curry Paste, don't be stingy, use 2TBS. if you don't have Patak's add curry powder and cayenne or chili powder. cook for a little while. +add 2-3 cans black or pinto beans and let simmer for a bit +add 1/2 cup or more of salsa. i like Herdez. simmer for a bit +add cheddar cheese, 'cause it's good. +pour in a bowl and eat w/ nana's cocina chips or santitas ok bye.
