These little boogers sure grow fast in a couple of weeks. We went to WI for the summer to get out of the 100+ degree temperatures in AZ. It's pretty miserable to only be able to get outside in the morning. We get up a 5am, out the door at 5:15 with Gwen and have to be back by 7:30am. It's too hot the rest of the day to do anything outdoors which is making me climb the wall. As far as me, "mommy" I am almost back down to my normal weight. It's been a year since I've been in the 170's, only 12 more to go. YIPPIE!!! That's what getting outside any time of day to exercise does for you.

Are you going to be jumping in any of the races at Superweek? Sherri and I will be getting in on Monday for the first race in Il, but little Dave will only be hanging out with us until Wednesday. Then he will be heading to hang out with his Grandparents until she leaves on Saturday. I hope that we will run into you while we are up there!! I am glad to hear that everything is going well!!
