Glad I found this blog, I have two daugthers I am trying to steer towards cycling. The 11 year old is a tough club soccer player. I am hoping to get her to cross train with the bike and hike. We live in a very hard climate, San Diego so you can only imagine.
Thanks MQ, and I'm sorry that I've been a bit slack the past couple of days in posting. I'll try to get better. Just slowly introduce it to your daughters. Obviously don't force them because the will run the other way. Just take them out on some fun rides, and hopefully they will catch the bug like just about all of us have. Sounds like the one is already competitive, so that's a plus.
