Okay some random photos. This is Dave when he was about my age. Kidding, probably in his early teens. Actually 14 to be exact now that I see the date on the bottom corner of the photo. Still movin' and groovin' just the same. Shake that boodie baby. Wouldn't mind seeing some of that white stuff on the ground out here in Tucson. It's soooooo hot. This is where I'm headed on Thursday for some R & R , not like I don't feel like I have that everyday. Just nice to get out of the heat, and enjoy some time before I become a mommy. Dave will not be accompanying me, which makes me a bit sad. I'll be chillin' out at the lake house in Wisconsin (The Mother Land).
This is part of Gwen's nursery. It's almost done. Still have a few polka-dots to paint in. Poor girl will be confused with all the dots on the wall. Waiting on the crib and changing table, but that should be here this month thanks to mom and dad.
My engagement ring finally arrived on Father's Day. The stone is not set in this photo, but is the best photo I have. It seems for some reason that when you take a picture of a ring it comes out like crap. I don't know how they got this photo so crisp. Pretty beefy band, just as I need so if I wack the crap out of it, it don't get dinged up. Thanks be to Dave.
One of the Smessaert's clan at Grandma and Grandpa's winter home in Sun City West, AZ. This was Easter time. Dave's brother Jim & Ann plus all 4 kiddos came down to visit. We had a good time in the pool, besides the sunburn. Cassie is the silly one with the tongue hanging out, think she takes after me a bit.
So, next preggo on the list is Sue Palmer-Komar. She's supposed to call me (Sue, if you read this). Just wondering how you are and if you picked out a name for the little gal?
